Commissioned by AEG Presents

Wish Girl is a stunning 42-foot-tall illuminated immersive sculpture depicting the profile of a girl blowing a field of glowing Electric Dandelions. Commissioned by Firefly Music Festival for their 2022 event, this large-scale installation became a powerful visual centerpiece near the main stage.

Surrounding her were 27 Electric Dandelions and a radiant “WISH” sign, creating a whimsical and dreamlike environment in the middle of the forest. The sculpture stood beautifully against the natural backdrop of rolling clouds and towering trees, blending art, nature, and technology in a magical setting.

More than just a visual anchor, Wish Girl transformed the space into an immersive social environment. Her massive base ballasts doubled as oversized benches, giving festivalgoers a place to rest, gather, and take in the surroundings. Positioned along a high-traffic path between stages, thousands of attendees passed under and around the sculpture—interacting with it from every angle throughout the day and night.

Though originally commissioned for Firefly, Wish Girl remains in the AEG inventory and is ready to bring its magic to future festivals and large-scale events.
